With hundreds of member hotels, and 32 regional offices (across multiple time zones), managing the organization, communication and process was key to a smooth operation. From Preferred's executive offices in Newport Beach, John coordinated with the Chicago-based corporate headquarters and directed additional local agencies located on five continents.

Leading Ingram's brand strategy, John co-chaired a rebranding effort that included strategic, brand identity and guideline standards updates in addition to launch-event activities.
